Can  I exchange my purchase?

 

Yes, you have 30 days from your order date to request a return IN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT/SIZE

Once you have requested an exchange , you have 7 days to ship your item(s). 

If you do not ship your exchangge within 7 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only, we do not do cash back by any circumstances . 

 

 ALL SALE IS FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

 

Do I have to pay for an exchange?

For national customers you must  send or drop in store your purchase and we will provide the new exchange free of charge.

For international returns (including Canada), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

 

Can I get a refund?

 

We do not accept refunds, only exchanges and store credit 

 

Can I exchange  an item in person?

 

Yes in store exchanges are available.
